At the risk of sounding clichéd, we love working together with our clients in order to achieve the best results for their businesses. This doesn’t mean that you’ll be doing any more work, just that we need your insight and knowledge to help us identify and confirm the key elements of your business, your competition and what it is you would like to achieve.
Step 1: The initial meeting
We’ll ask you about your business, your ideas, your objectives and what it is you want to achieve and then we’ll throw in some of our ideas and experiences. This step is all about forming a picture of the project and understanding what can be achieved and how it will be delivered.
At the end of this stage we’ll send you a summary of what we’ve discussed.
Step 2: Meet the Team & Kick Start Your Project
This is where it becomes interesting. At this beginning of this stage we’ll introduce you to the project team. They’re the people who’ll be delivering your project and to make sure they understand exactly what you are aiming for they will a probe a little deeper, as well as getting to know you and your business.
At this stage we will also define your porject so we all know what the goal is. This will include:
- The project objectives – what we need to achieve
- Exactly what are we going to deliver?
- How we’re going to provide your customers with a great experience
- The design brief – do you have ideas about how the finished product will look?
- How we’ll deliver your solution and when
- Ongoing support
Step 3: The design
This is the stage in the project when you’ll begin to see your solution come to life. Our designers will work with you to provide not only a fantastic looking design that you and your customers will rave about, but also one that will succeed in generating more business through your website.
Step 4: The build
Our developers will carry out the really clever coding side of the project that will ensure that not only will your website works, but that it is also optimised for search engines to read your content. They’ll also make sure your website is easily updatable by you and they’ll integrate the site with your bank (if you want to sell online).
Step 5: Delivery and Go-Live
When your site is finished we’ll give you access to it before the general public so you can have a play and talk to us about any refinements that you would like to be made. At the end of this process your site will be ready for launch.
Step 6: Ongoing Relationship
Our relationship doesn’t end when you project goes live. There are so many opportunities online to continually grow your business and reach out to more customers. The web is continuing to evolve and we will be there to help you make the most out of the opportunities.
